We will also look at changes that took place during the Stone Age, and how technology changed during this period.

Each day, I will put a link below with information about the work for the day. You should complete the work and then upload it onto ClassDojo.
We will complete Zoom sessions throughout each day, so please keep an eye on ClassDojo for all the meeting details, and the times of each meeting.

We Love Reading in Year 6
This half-term we are doing lots of reading and we are focusing on two fantastic books.
During our English lessons we are reading a retelling by Andrew Matthews of ‘Macbeth’ by William Shakespeare.
Our class novel, which we will reading as part of our Shared Reading sessions, is ‘Wonder’ by RJ Palacio. (I feel I should mention this is possibly my favourite book that I’ve ever used with one of my classes)
We use the internet all of the time!
From keeping in touch with friends, doing work and playing games.
The internet is a great place, but it is very important to stay safe. When you are using the internet, you should only be using websites and apps that your parents know about. You should also make sure you do not communicate with anyone new on the internet. Only talk to people that you are sure you already know from the ‘real world’.
